Our Transitional Supportive Housing program offers a structured living environment where residents receive resources, guidance, and clear expectations that foster independence. This approach ensures residents can focus on rebuilding their lives without avoidable obstacles or disruptions. What residents receive:

  • A safe, substance-free living environment

  • Guidance, encouragement, and personalized case management

  • Hygiene packages as needed (toiletries, grooming items)

  • On-site laundry with provided products

  • Reliable Wi-Fi access throughout the residence and on TVs

  • Proximity to public transportation for work, appointments, and independence

  • Structured routines promoting stability and accountability

Supporting Every Step of the Journey

We proudly provide housing for individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, especially those transitioning from challenging life circumstances. We welcome residents who are motivated, open to support, and committed to rebuilding their lives.

Our program is designed for:

  • Formerly incarcerated individuals seeking successful reentry

  • People experiencing homelessness

  • Survivors of domestic violence

  • Individuals recovering from addiction

  • Veterans

  • Anyone in need of structured, supportive transitional housing

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be 18 or older

  • Willingness to live in a structured, supportive environment

  • Commitment to drug- and alcohol-free living

  • Active participation in personal goal-setting

  • Employment expectation after the first 30 days
