During your first 30 days, residents are expected to secure verifiable employment, which is a requirement to continue participation in our housing program.
Financial Policies
After the initial 30-day no-cost period on a case by case basis:
Security deposit: starting at $425
Monthly rent: starting at $850
Rent is late after the 5th; late fees may apply
Utilities may be included, shared, or resident-paid (varies by location)
Key & Property Policies
Each resident receives one key
Lost keys must be replaced at your expense
Keys must be returned upon discharge

We adhere to strict federal confidentiality regulations regarding substance use treatment and other sensitive information. Your privacy is always protected.
