Building Stability Through Work

During your first 30 days, residents are expected to secure verifiable employment, which is a requirement to continue participation in our housing program.

Financial Policies

After the initial 30-day no-cost period on a case by case basis:

  • Security deposit: starting at $425

  • Monthly rent: starting at $850

  • Rent is late after the 5th; late fees may apply

  • Utilities may be included, shared, or resident-paid (varies by location)

Key & Property Policies

  • Each resident receives one key

  • Lost keys must be replaced at your expense

  • Keys must be returned upon discharge
