Whether you are returning home from incarceration, experiencing homelessness, recovering from substance use, or rebuilding after hardship, we are here to guide you every step of the way. We aim to make sure you feel welcomed, prepared, and informed throughout your intake experience.

A Step-by-Step Guide

Complete the Application

Submit your basic information, contact details, and background so our team can review your eligibility.

Review by Our Team

We verify that you meet program requirements, including age, commitment to house rules, and readiness for a structured environment.

Schedule Intake & Orientation

If approved, we’ll schedule your intake appointment to review your information, verify documents, and explain expectations.

04.

Move Into Supportive Housing

After acceptance, applicants may receive a tour, complete required forms, and obtain key access. A 30‑day transition period may also be available, depending on individual circumstances.

Be Prepared for a Smooth Intake

To ensure a seamless process, please bring:

  • Identification: State ID or driver’s license, Social Security card, Birth certificate (if available)

  • Healthcare Information: Medical insurance card, medication list, allergies, and provider contacts

  • Income & Employment Info: Pay stubs, employer contact, benefits info (SNAP, SSI, SSDI, unemployment)

  • Emergency Contacts: At least one emergency contact and two professional references

Setting You Up for Success

  • Search & Hygiene Agreement: Staff will review belongings and provide hygiene guidance.

  • Key Issuance: One key will be issued (lost keys must be replaced; return upon discharge).

  • Confidentiality Policy: Your privacy is protected under federal confidentiality laws.

  • Resident Orientation: Learn house expectations, safety rules, curfews, chores, and community guidelines.

  • 30-Day Agreement: Depending on your circumstances, you may be offered a short‑term housing agreement that includes a free 30‑day transition period.

Program Requirements

These expectations ensure a safe, supportive, and structured environment for all residents:

  • Employment Requirement: Residents must secure verifiable employment within the first 30 days.

  • Drug & Alcohol-Free Environment: Zero tolerance for drugs, alcohol, paraphernalia, or refusal to provide a urine sample.

  • Respectful Conduct: No violence, threats, stealing, or disruptive behavior.

  • Guest Policy: No overnight guests; daytime visits require approval.

  • Chores & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean living space and participate in household duties.

  • Rent & Utilities: After the 30 days: Security deposit starting at $425, Monthly rent starting at $850 providing single and shared living. Late fees may apply.
